Clowns Scare Me Postcard

What is it with clowns? First, who thought it was a good idea and second, what the hell!? A black, picture postcard with a large circular photograph, surrounded by smaller ones, of a pink and white faced clown with a sad face but painted smile. He's staring to camera, wearing a blonde wig, tartan top and a hat. Has the words 'Clowns scare me' in white around the circular picture
